Utah Sales:
Simply
put: if you find the same product anywhere else for less,
we will meet or beat that price!
We are
always researching our competitors' prices in order to provide
you with the lowest price. We are the only Utah furniture
store who feels confident enough with their prices to make
them available on the web for all to see, even for our competitors.
If, however, within 30 days of purchase you find an advertised
price of the exact same make and model of furniture for less
than you paid for it we will refund you double the difference.
For example, if a competitor advertises the furniture for
$50 less than you paid Oak Plus Furniture we will pay you
$100. The furniture must come from a manufacturers authorized
dealer complete with the full manufacturers warranty. Damaged,
discontinued, one of a kind or "as is" products
are not applicable.
Verification:
In order to verify a lower price: Bring in the advertisement
or invoice from the competing retailer. Notes written on business
cards are not legal offers of sale.
Internet
Sales:
Sales on the internet in
Utah have the same price guarantee as the above "Utah
Sales". Sales, out of state, have the 100% Customer
Satisfaction Guarantee but because of the diverse areas of
the country where products can be shipped we can only work
on a one by one basis. On about 35% of our products,
we should be able to save you money over local retailers.
If we cannot, then we'll be glad to give you manufacturer
information that might enable you to find a closer dealer.
100% Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed:
You, the customer, MUST be completely satisfied with our furniture.
If for any reason you are not, you can return the furniture
in good condition (not damaged) less shipping and handling
charges and your money will be refunded. Notification to Oak
Plus from receipt of goods must be made within 72 hours. This
does not apply to special custom made furniture.
Oak
Plus Furniture's Warranty
Oak Plus Furniture's warranty is based solely on the Manufacturer's
warranty. All of our manufacturers have great warranties but
all require the product to be returned to their facility.
Local sales may deal with Oak Plus directly. Since we deal
with these manufacturers on a continuing basis, we can usually
put it on their truck or get authorization for in-house repair.
Sales, out of state, must be returned to the manufacturer
at the customers expense. Depending on the manufacturer, a
local dealer might be able to deal with outside purchases.
We've done this quite often.
Log
Products are guaranteed
to have structural integrity and free from structural defects.
Due to the nature of log furniture, slight cracking may occur
and should be expected.
How
can Oak Plus sell for less than the larger furniture stores?
Three Simple Reasons:
Big
enough to buy by container and truckload but small enough
not to need the additional costs of a centralized distribution
center, which negates any savings made through volume buying!
Lower Overhead: our store and displays are geared towards
warehouse merchandising.
Our sales volume, per square foot, is one of the highest in
Utah, enabling us to take almost 1/3rd less markup than other
furniture stores!
